Join us today as we tap a Cask of Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA and take home a Growler. We will be tapping it at 5:00 pm and filling until it runs out. There's about 19 1/2 gallons in the Cask.
Got a growler tonight of the 75 minute. Noticed when it was poured it had no carbonation. When I got it home and poured it into a glass it was completely flat. The taste was so so because of the lack of fizz so I could not drink it. Sorry to say something just isn't right with that. I was really looking forward to it. Hope I get another shot at this beer. Sorry, I just can't enjoy flat IPA.
Sorry you didn't enjoy the 75 minute. The low carbonation is sort of the trade mark of cask ales. I agree with you on how that affects the taste or the feel of the beer. It takes some getting used to. Overall though I enjoyed the beer.
The bottles will be out in the next few weeks and I hear that they have more carbonation.
I will be there to have my growler filled.
